On the one hand, there are several major drawbacks to safekeeping old buildings. Firstly, have difficulty developing the economy. The old building accounts for a huge acreage, so that is not enough to make the factories and supermarket. It creates limited economic opportunities. Nowadays rural workers who move to major cities can hardly ever find a stable job, and struggle financially has forced many of them to return to their birthplace. Building factories can create more occupation than remaining old buildings. The second is spending money and time to fix the old building. That money should be spent on rebuilding schools and hospital it brings more beneficial than maintaining old buildings.
On the contrary, I believe that the benefits are more significant than such disadvantages. The old buildings needed the preservation, especially historic structures. Firstly, people do not only safekeeping the old buildings, but also keep the historical value for the next generation to understand how historical heroes keep the country undergoing many war. Maintaining historic structures it make develops the culture for friends all over the world to visit, and it increases the budget.
