Therefore, the positive effects of maintaining antique structures are undeniable.
Nevertheless, there are numerous reasons why the notion that preserving old apartments has some negative impacts is alarming. But the most alarming one lies in the fact that the high cost of maintenance is alarming. Governments often allocate substantial funds for restoration and repairs, which could be used for other public services such as healthcare or education.
