Some people think that it is best choice for children to stay and grow up in the city, while other people believe that small town life is more appropriate. This essay will discuss both view of points before giving my own opinion.
On the one hand, city provides many advantages for people especially for children in terms of education and self- improvement. Big cities can offer modern schools, experienced teachers, and wide range of extracurricular activities in one time. In addition, large cities have many sport centres and music schools for children to train. Every opportunity can effect children’s future and find their way at an early age. For example, a child growing up in a city can attend advanced schools, learn coding or foreign languages, and participate in clubs such as robotics or music academies, which may not exist in small towns.
On the other hand, staying small towns and growing up there is more suitable for children’s emotional and physical well-being. Small towns often safer than the city and also atmosphere and air quality is quite better. In small towns young children growing up very courageous. Furthermore, communities in small towns are very close, which means children’s receive more personal attention from their teachers or neighbors. For instance, in a small town, children often walk to school safely, know their neighbors well, and receive personal attention from teachers, which can help them grow with confidence and emotional stability.
In my opinion, both areas are best choice for growing up children. Although small towns provides safety and better environment, but city life is ultimately more beneficial for children if parents guide them properly. Cities often access to education, technology, and cultural diversity, which are important today’s developing world. With responsible parenting, the negative aspects of city life such as addiction of phone or screen time can be controlled.
In conclusion, both sides are best choice for growing young children, but I believe that the best opportunities and features available in mostly cities and therefore, it makes city best place to grow up children.
