In this condition, I agree with that statement. Observing the economic conditions of Indonesia, many people need job fields for surviving and improving their fate yet the more people look for job fields the harder to find job fields. As a result, many people are jobless and some of well educated people feel disappointed at how the government handle this case because what they have done for struggling to finish their education just such of wasted. Moreover, the qualification that is required is very high , like they need to be perfect only in appearance , even though there are many things that more important than that like skill, behaviour and personality.
We also can see how many alumni of LPDP Scholarship decide to not return to Indonesia. Many of them already find a good job and get their new opportunity. So, it will help them for improving career path, gaining many experiences, build new networking and receive many benefits from appropriate salary standards because the working system is certainly different than in Indonesia.
Starts with build good career path , it will give good effect for long life in the future. Even though sometimes should adapt with the different living cultures, as long as we can survive it will probably fine. The older the people get , the more good things they want to improve. Beside of building good career path, many people need the other way how to live in fulfill, how to get work life balance, or how to gain welfare in life without hustling hard forever in the sake for fulfilling life necessities.
