At present, many individual believe that people should take a break from work when they are aged enough. I totally agree with this statement because after a certain period of time all people loss their body stamina and strength. I also think that it create opportunity for beginners.
Having resignation after a certain years of life is very important for seniors. After age of sixty, around 95% people always deal with many health problem. They loss their work ability than before. In other words, they can’t hold their concentration in their project so that they can’t complete their work properly. It hampers the total productivity of their company. I think retirement time is the high time for them to take care of themselves and spend their time with family and hobbies.
On the other hand, taking retirement at the time of old age, it create many job scope for youngers. Nowaday, a lot of educated and well skilled student do’t get their suitable job for the lake of vacancy. If older leave their job, it will make many favor for new generation.Yet, it should be noticed that elder get their worthy pension, in order that they won’t face any financial problem. Many older fell alone after giving up their job.Their family members have to aware about it. Government should take many steps like entertaining home , old gardening campaign, giving them suitable part time job according to their health condition etc.
In conclusion, it would be better idea to offer retirement when employees are getting much older. It would be great time for them to spend quality time with their family and friends. Also it will give many facilities for newer in job markets.
