It is considered by some that after 65 there should be restrictions and no one is allowed to do work while there are others who think that everyone is pemissive to do work irrespective of their age. This essay will analyze this topic from both points of view and express my own opinion.
On one hand, when there is no limit on the age then there is no vacancies left for the adults. So ultimately it gives birth to unemployment which further enhance so many social evils for example poverty, robbery, and so on. Thus it creates an imbalance in the nation in terms of jobs. Moreover, in today’s era the workplaces have become so advanced in respect of technology. The old age generation is not so tech- savy so company needs that employees which have skills and run their company according to the needs of the today’s world. So there should be retirement of the people after a certain age so as to make the world a better place .
On the other hand, the aged pupils are so experienced with their work. For example senior doctors have more knowledge of the disease’s medicines and so on as compared to the doctors who are recently graduates. So, if there is experienced persons in any workplace then there is more positive growth of a particular firm . Not only this, if there is matured workers in any sector then those who are freshers can learn the valuable skills easily from those which are new so in this way there is transferable of expertise in future generations.
In conclusion, I believe that there should be no limitation of age in doing any work . Every person should have an opportunity to excel in the field of their desire no what’s their age.
