There is an ongoing debate in which some people believe that playing a musical instrument helps in a variety of ways. Others opine that learning an instrument results in deterioration of time. This essay will focus on both perspectives before presenting my personal viewpoint.

On the one hand, an individual can succeed in developing a career in music production by playing an instrument. Music production is becoming a really popular job that helps a person to become popular and earn a significant amount of money. Therefore, learning to play an instrument can assist in securing a prosperous career.

On the other hand, not everyone has skills to learn musical instruments. While, some would be successful in learning them and others might not. Due to that, devoting focus towards this practice alone might lead to failures and wastage of time. In addition, attending classes to learn such instruments cost enormous amounts of money, which could potentially cause financial instability in the future.

To summarize, there is no doubt that learning musical instruments could help in developing career in music production and earn fame, but not everyone can gain success from this activity. Therefore, individuals could definitely learn these activities but should not make it their primary priority:
