While proponents hold the view that skilled workers in different professions should work in the same country where they received their education and training, opponents and I argue otherwise. In other words, qualified individuals who work in specific jobs should gaind the opportunities for improvement in their field.

On one hand, in developing countries, some people claim that when skilled workers leave their country, to suffer from a phenomenon known as brain drain. For example, in Egypt, doctors and nurses after graduation tend to work in affluent countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States of America to improve their financial conditions. As a result, they leave their communities to suffer from the shortage of medical staff in hospitals. Hence, although the negative circumstances in the original countries, skilled workers must stay and encounter the challenges which present in their society.

On the other hand, number of people see that the employees in various categories have the free well to travel and work in First world countries so they can not only they will experience financial advantages, but they will also benefit from the cultural diversity. For instance, Dr. Magdi Yacoub, who is one of the best doctors in the world, he traveled to the United Kingdom and worked there for over 20 years. Consequently, he enhanced his skills and returned to his home country at the end to improve the circumstances in his original country.

In conclusion, after this essay has provided the points above, it can be said that traveling of skilled and professional workers to other countries could hold merits and demerits. I believe that doctors, nurses, and engineers own their complete free well to travel after graduation to improve their knowledge about their own profession, and enhance their economic conditions.
