In the modern word have acsess to various forms of entertainment ranging form traditional books of digital devices. Some people think that it is more useful for children to read storybooks than to watch televesion or play video games. I partially agree with this notion because both : read and digitial activities play an essential role in children’s learning and growth. The following paragraphs will outline the arguments supporting my opinions.
One key reason why I agree is that reading all kind of books are very useful for children so that, improve their reading skills, vocabulary, expand their knowledge about the world. This means that reading books is important for developing imagination, creativity, language skills and other similiar abilities. For example, many children who read a lot of books they understand others easily, empathy people feelings, concentrate faster than their peers, moreover they are patient person.
In contrast, some people believe that watching TV and games can be educational and interactive. One possible explanation is that from TV , cartoons, many a little children’s can learn something new , or learn a new language, meanwhile adults, teenagers, also learn interesting facts, expand logical thinking, improve decision making, from movies such as: detective, fun, criminal and similiar this films. Many educational games are designed to improve memory, concentration, and learn to speak foreign languages. A clear example of this is strategy games require players to think critically and make quick decisions, which can enhance their cognitive development. Moreover, some games encourage teamwork and communication when played online with friends, which helps children develop social and cooperative skills.
In conclusion, I partially agree with these idea that although reading books helps children develop imagination, creativity, and language skills, watching TV and playing computer games can also provide educational value and improve problem-solving abilities. Therefore, I believe that both activities are important for children’s development if they are balanced properly .
