In many countries students should study all subjects by school program and only after finishing high school, they might concentrate on highly specialised subjects related to their future major. However, some people feel that pupils need to focus only on selective subjects relevant to their future job. While others still believe that learners must to study all subjects. However, I think that student should study a wide range of subjects until 10th grade and then select important ones.

People who think that young generation should focus on subjects related to their career are partly right. Because why do student must spend his time to learn all not needed material? It would be better to choose your favourite career path and explore it fully. Moreover, it would be easy to pass any challenge at the university if student starts from school period. For example, in my home country there are schools called “125 high school” or “Abyroi” where students study only selected subjects that will be on United National Test to getting into university. Consequently, these students are entering a coveted profession. In this case, it is really great to study what you really need.

Nevertheless, there is one disadvantage of focusing only on needed lessons. You might to change your mind and choice of profession. Therefore, you should start to study completely another subject from zero. And people who believe that students must to study a wide range of subjects are exactly take into account this kind of situations. Knowing about these cases, I think it would be better to study all subjects until 10th grade, when you will fully sure about your career path, and then start to study definitely necessary subjects exploring your sphere deeper.

In conclusion, if some people argue that students should not spend time and need to focus only on importance subjects, others think that they need to study all humanitarian and scientific subjects. But I suppose that pupils should firstly find their path exploring different spheres and only after this start to learn essential ones.
