In contemporary times, vehicle density has caused a substantial amount of greenhouse gases. Since carbon emissions are considered as a pivotal threat for many nations, people assert that it should be under control, whereas others argue that, though the escalation number of cars is important to combat, there are other issues that should be prioritized. I firmly believe the implications of excessive car usage do not surpass other important national issues, such as public transportation enhancement.
The underlying reason why people are inclined to assume that cars become more dangerous than ever is that they release CO2 dramatically as car ownership increases. Because these emissions have led to rapid climate change, people think that provided that vehicle usage is restricted, climate change impacts could be slowed down. To illustrate, several surveys indicate that renewable or hybrid cars should be introduced to incentivize individuals to start using alternatives to conventional fossil fuel. Overall, with an incentive integrated with viable regulations, it can be easily solved, while other issues take more endeavor and time.
In contrast, despite the rapid advancement of technology and worldwide transportation system, in some countries it is still considered as a vital problem. According to people’s allegations and perceptions, it is acknowledged that the lack of shared transportation system convenience reflects not only an undesirable impression among people, particularly between travelers, but also it seen as a poor country. Hence, to dispel such prejudice and boost country’s value, it is essential to take judicious steps and risk. For instance, prior of an actions, these questions should be calculated: What can happen should a country first prioritize CO2 instead of fundamental factors (public transport), which one has a greater potential to damage to countries’ reputation?
