With development of artificial intelligence, many occupations get replaced with the artificial intelligence. In this circumtances, an issue that human labour is still important is hotly debated. I firmly believe that work performed by human is irreplacable in certain areas.
Admittedly, the AI facilitate some work processes which require productivity and efficiency, because it could replicate same performances with human with less time and expenses. Especially in manual labour, unlike human workers, complex administrative tasks including payroll management and human resources management are unnecessary with AI. For these reasons, many large corporations such as Amazon and Cupang are utilise AI as special tools in customer management, resulting in reducing costs and human error, and enhancing efficiency. Nevertheless, occupations demanding responsibility and rapport require human labour.
Whether that technology could relace human is decided by characters of occupations. First, labour requiring cupability cannot be replaced with automation.
For example, if AI make an error in a financial report, it cannot bear resposibility for that mistake, so accountability would become vague, also liability would also became valid. What is more, the technology cannot provide emotional connections. For example, teachers provide not only education for students, but also rapport with students, which only human beings could make. These
In conclusion, artificial intelligence have provided convenience economically, to certain extent that manual labour was replaced considerably. However, the human labour is still valuable in terms of responsibility and human touch.
