It is argued by some in what age children master major essential skills. Despite THE FACT THAT, many people claim it comes during puberty, I side with those who belive BELIEVE it is being embraced on AT the stage of pre-school development.
It could be argued that greatly effective abilities are acquired by individuals during the period of puberty, learning how to be partly responsible for their actions that is necessary for understanding personal rights in front of society, as a good example of this. Firstly, a development of such a vital thing as awareness of one’s own acts falls on the teenage. For instance in many countries such as the USA, Japan or European union countries, human beings become obligated with a certain number of responsibilities in society, and begin to bear criminal liability in the period of puberty, regardless they are still under parents custody. Furthermore, personal independence is being obtained due to separation from caregivers in ages of high school and further, since the lives of many children become more socially active; they spend more time outdoors gathering with friends or attending cultural events. Consequently, becoming more independent positively affects the assimilation that might be vital in order to sustain well-being in older ages.
However, I side with those who feel that during pre-school period more vital capabilities are owned, for instance the crucial ability to express and distinguish emotions. It is claimed that being capable of dealing with personal feelings is one of the fundamental skills for existence that help people to process reactions. The greatest psychologist Sigmund Freud proved in his researches that unprocessed emotions are kept in bodies and later on they might have destructive effects, thus to avoid it, the capability to process internal expressions that is embraced in infancy is extremely important. Not only do toddlers learn their own reactions, but also make first steps in recognizing others, in the age from 2 to 5 they commonly face a general adaptation in society specifically among agemates (e.g kindergarten or playgrounds) where they learn different behavior patterns from other individuals. Assumingly, people live in society and in my opinion, being able to define different reactions both personal and others influences greatly because it helps to create better social contacts.
In conclusion, although things managed by minors are meaningful and influential there are greater qualities maintained during childhood. I firmly believe that skillfulness such as the aptitude to deal with emotional expressions both internal and external have greater influence since it contributes to better social adaptation.
