Many believe that states should prioritize public services like medicine and education in investment in stead of spending resources on spheres such as arts, culture and languages. I totally agree with this opinion because public health and education are key factors in development while arts and cultural exchange can face advancemant without government’s financial support.
First of all, health and education play a significant role in countrie’s development as it’s foundation in advancement. Before enhancing public health and education it’s impossible to develop stable because innovations and other advancements requires a strong education and physical well-being in population. For example,if we look at developed countries such as Japan and China they have affordable medicine and free education wich strongly provide population with public service. That’s why these countries are developing faster than other countries wich do not prioritize public services.
Second key reason for why public services should be invested more by government is arts and culture can be enhanced by other individuals and organizations. There are several organizations who financially support art and culture such as UNICEF , Margulan Seysenbaev e.t.c. and these figures regularly allocating money for development art and culture.For example , UNICEF divides approximately 130 billion dollars on cultural development in Central Asian countries. Morover in Kazakhstan many bussinesmen donate billions of dollars on art organizations and art schools.
In conclusion, I completely agree with opinion that public services should be priority in investing ,in stead of arts,cultures and languages because without public health and education it’s really hard to develop and art and cultures are able to be supported by other figures.
