Students who are well rounded and able to think critically tend to achieve more carrier success in a long term. For instance, someone who is enhanced in understanding the professional systems could streamline the workflow, which can eventually bring more colleague’s respect and bright excellence. Consequently, this attitude helps to build confidence and awareness as individuals learn how the process happens rather than how they should work.
On the other hand, proponents of practical education believe that acquiring the vast array of hard skills can be the most practical option. In some cases, main goal of universities is shaping well prepared young specialists with enhanced employability skills. To illustrate, short time of adaptation for new conditions in a company may effect significantly in recruiting even if the applicants are not capable to promote theirs carrier prospects. As a result, the developed vocational skills can also improve employability and help people to focus on operations they do, rather than warring about organization of the process.
