Some people believe that university education should focus on preparing students for specific careers, while others think it should provide a broad education that develops general knowledge and critical thinking. This essay will discuss both views and give my own opinion.
On the one hand, career-focused university education helps students gain practical skills needed for their future jobs. By studying specialised subjects, students can meet the requirements of employers and adapt more quickly to the workplace.
