Some individuals maintain that the tourists who visit other countries, should steak to the domestic customs and behaviour. However, others believe that the host country, should welcome the cultural diversity. Indeed, in my view, of course some of the local traditions are sacred and, it is mandatory for visitors to fallow them, but the fact which how important the sharing different culture is, should not be underestimated.
There is concrete evidence, on which these traditional rules are generally more valuable than just some simple rules or customs. In fact, there are the aspects such as religion, which turns these rules this vital for the society and people. For instance, in the countries like Saudi Arabia, the religion rules say that, having the hijab is compulsory for ladies and, whoever disobeys from this rule, has committed a sin; accordingly, the female visitors are being obliged to have hijab. Therefore, this behavior convinces the tourists not to come to Saudi Arabia, due to this limitation for the women.
On the other hand, in order to become more advanced, politically and economically, the countries must accept the cultural differences and, welcome the other people with different traditions, whether it is in contrast to their believes or not. For instance, the Emirate which used to have a similar rule for female tourists to the Saudi Arabia, is the most advanced country in the contemporary world because, they gave up some their traditions and, started to welcome the different cultures. To be more precise, the reason that the Emirate is this much improved in many aspects is, that many people from Europe and America come to this country and bring their culture. Consequently, this trend is a catch-all approach, which benefit the countries like the Emirate and helps them to become more advanced.
To sum up, if countries want to be more sophisticated, they must act like the Emirate, being welcome to visitors and their cultural diversity. However, they can expect the tourists to leave behind their traditions in their own countries and just respect to what they have to.
