There is an ongoing debate about how much influence women have on our lives. First group of people think that women also should play same role as a man. Moreover, they believe that it is mandatory for women to serve in the army and work on dangerous jobs also. While, others believe everything should stay as it was.
On the one hand, we can observe that police and military staff mostly based on persons strength, power and stamina. This kind of jobs can be physically demanding, which requires lifting heavy items, long hours, and exposure danger. Mostly, men are more fit and much stronger than women physically. For example, the most essential attitude during the combat is power, and in this term men generally stronger. As a example, championships with mixed gender rules. In every combat sport, only men stayed on podium. Furthermore, another reason why many experts disagree with this statement is, Risk and family responsibilities. They think that women face greater risks in war zones or criminal environment. They believe that women have huge influence on future. If they will also take a part on wars, the percentage of pupil who can make another live also will be decrease dramatically. Including noted reasons, we should not force women to do same job as men.
On the other hand, there are several reasons why we should make same opportunities and responsibilities between two genders. Firstly, we live in modern world, where gender equality continues rising. Currently women almost in the same situation. Other group of people believe that every individual must have the same opportunity to serve their country regardless of gender. Every patriot want serve for his nation, and gender should not be barrier for this act. Moreover, competence and skills do not depend on gender. Women in uniform also completed as a soldier who can help for everyone in extreme situations. For instance, in different army championships, mixed teams always illustrate better results than ordinary ones. Because this teams often communicate better and handle crises more effectively.
In conclusion, there is arguments about this question mostly unjustified. In my personal opinion, every thing should be based on personal desire. If women want serve their nation, welcome! We should break stereotypes and ends with mandatory system.
