Although there are numerous people argue that factors such as talent and intelligence are more crucial in someone’s academic and professional success. I agree that striving diligntly is the main key to success.
On the one hand, there are compelling arguments to support the notion that natural intelligence and talent are way more significant to be successful . Initially, proponents of this viewpoint believe that students or workers who are not intelligents enough can not solve complex problems or analyse hard figures. This is mainly because they are facing challenges in evaluating some situations or answering hard questions quickly, and if they did, it will take them an extended period of time. For instance, numerous workplaces struggle with less talent employees due to their slowliness in undrestanding complex situations and completing their repetitive work. In addition, they have argued that most of successful individuals used to be brilliant at schools since their childhood.
On the other hand, well-talented people will gradually lose their skills if they didn’t work hard on them. This can be explained by the fact that preserving talents can just be achieved by a lot of practice. For instance, a new study has reported that 54% of intelligent students have had the least rating at schools because they didn’t study enough for their exams. In contrast, less-talented students have got higher rating due to their practicing. I totally agree with this perspective because we can not be high-skilled workers or students without developing our talents. Adding to that, the main key of sucess is to have a lot of experiences which it can not be achieved by just being naturally intelligent.
To sum up, although inetlligence can be helpful sometimes in problems-solving tasks, my viewpoint is still justified due to the importance of working hard to achieve our academic or professional goals.
