Band 5+: some people believe that working hard is the key to success in both education and professional life.Others argue that factors such as talent and intelligence are more important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

It is argued that innate talent contribute more on successful life, while others believe that perseverance and hard work are more important. Although, hardworking helps people to reach some goals, I believe that inherent talent is the most important for success in life.

On the one hand, some think success in life achieved by hard work and perseverance. This is because, cosistent effort may help people to gain useful skills and knowledge that may contribute on reaching some success in life. For instance, high school student in Kazakhstan scored the maximum band 140 in National Test, thanks to his effort. However, I believe knowledge gained by hard working requires regular practice and long time, as if people stop practicing, their skills may gradually decline.

Innate talent, on the other hand, is considered to be the way to success in life by some people. This is because, individuals with inherent ability prone to inhance faster than others, without intense focus. For some people, even one exercise per week is sufficient to get closer to a successful life. Take worldwide popular singer from kazakhstan Dimash Kudaibergen as an outstanding example. He is developing his skills faster as he has been able to sing since childhood. However, it does not mean that successful people did not work to attach their goals, it means innate talent helps them to grow faster and it is ability forever. Therefore, I think that success in life determined more by birth talent.

In conclusion, while some people gainig acknowledges for a long time, individuals with innate talent developing in short period, that is why, I believe inherent abilities are more important.
