In this generation, a debate between inborn skill and intelligence, and hard work and perseverence to become successful in life can be seen widely. Many individuals support natural skills are the dominanting factors to become successful, whereas others argue that hard work and determination plays a significant role. This essay will discuss both perspective, and explain why dedication and determination overweighs inherent gift and mental capability.

On the one hand, many people believe that naturally gifted people get the success they want very easily. This is because, each of these people learn things very quickly that helps them stand out in any working sector. Furthermore, they can solve a problem very efficiently with their born talent and intellect. For instance, in the fields like sports, music, these individuals get higher success than the others.

On the other hand, suppoters of dedication and determination thinks that for a long-term success, dedicated working skills and willpower are important. These type of individuals can improve there skills over time that will ultimately help the organization for their’s improvement. Moreover, the person with an endurance can never be stopped with failures. They always find a way to get out of any of such situation. For example, enterpreneurs fails many times to build there empire with a perfection. Also, students improve there learning ability through regular study.

In conclusion, gifted talent and intelligence may be an important aspect for some people, but a bigger picture shows how perseverence and commitment helps public change their paths, and becomes important factors for their success.
