Nowadays, many people think that youngsters should learn from older people’s experience, but others claim that it is better to rival them with our powers. This essay will examine both sides of the idea and then I will explain my opinion about this.
To begin with, elder people who are role model for the coming generations because they achieved plethora of goals, and they have a lot of experiences also. Moreover, old people motivate the younger generations by what they did in the past which helps us to learn from them to achieve whatever we need. Additionally, elder’s year of experience may foster our curiosity and knowledge that might assist us to enhance our life skills. For example, an Indian former scientist Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam, was a role model for teenage students who taught us how to survive in predicaments, and he believed in youngsters.
On the other hand, some critics argue that it is not good to follow old-fashioned people because they don’t know much about the technologies that are growing in these days. Furthermore, sometimes their path will lead to the previous passion styles which is not able to accomplish our dreams. Consequently, elders achievements are simple, and easy tasks in the past decades, so it might demotivate us to work hard. For instance, in Olympics previous generation records are broken by modern people which are no longer to stay as world record.
In conclusion, although following elders path and experiences may motivate us to do some work and their glory are precious. I believe that youngsters should learn from them to achieve their desire goals.
