People these days have a differing views about the aim of education that ıt should be ready individuals for social or personal goals. As the one side claims that education has to develop for the benefit of humanity, the other side supports the idea that education should be provided specific purposes. In my opinion, education is more beneficial when it organizes individuals according to social rather than private aims.
On one hand, those who advocate such kind of case believe that education is one of the major ways to arrange for individual aspirations. Firstly, education helps personal growth, for instance, it provides individuals with opportunities to explore their interests, develop their talents and pursue their passions. Meanwhile, through education, people gain the confidence, autonomy and agency to shape their life and realize their personal ambitions.
On the other hand, there are a host of compelling reasons as to why I am convinced that the education could offer many positive effect when ıt prepares individual for collectivity. One key rationale in favour of this view is that it reflects its broarder societal goals of promoting democratic governance, ecomonic prosperity, cultural enrichment and personal fulfillment. Due to mission of education, societies can empower individuals, so empowering individuals means an inclusive and sustainable future for everyone.
In conclusion, the aim of education to raise people who are useful for a society automatically meets the specific goals of individuals.
