Many people think that senior employees make better leadership. However others believe that youth are more efficient in management roles. In my opinion, experienced employees can make better leaders instead of young workers.
On the one hand, many people believe that younger employees can lead better rather than elders. Nowadays, an opposing view suggests that younger leaders may be better suited to the demands of the modern workplace. Because of the senior employees many companies can Improve their level up and commercials because some young workers might know at least two languages. For example, many companies require person who knows languages such as English, Russian, and German to develop workforce and to attract many people to their products. Increasing the number of junior workers is the best solution for the companies.
On the other hand, from my perspective, there are some drawbacks that should be taken into account. Young people should give way to elders to lead because older adults may have more experience, and they can navigate professional challenges such as communication issues, tight deadlines, and workplace stress. If leaders are experienced employees, they can solve conflicts between younger workers and they know making important decisions and setting goals for the company. For instance, companies like Apple and Google are known for strong leadership and good team with older people. Senior people can help for companies which have not experienced leaders.
In conclusion, although young leaders may not know how deal problems with their colleagues, I consider that elder leaders are more practiced and therefore more suitable for leadership.
