Nowadays several people have determined that the residential trash is recycling in shortage. It’s been considered by citizens that the viable solution to let the home trash be recycled more is the action of laws and the government legalized this requirement. In my opinion, I agree that laws may be an essential vehicle to support people and recycling companies improve their recycling process effectively; despite the existing drawbacks on the risk of restriction

Only one’s hand, laws played important role in encourage human beings to increase their recycling efficiency. Firstly laws may born not only to restrict but also creating opportunities for individuals to follow the rules they should follow. As a result, government can required the laws in recycling garbages , which encouraged people to recycle more. For instance, the Vietnamese government’s strict citizens that they must sort the trash from their home and they would be awarded money for it. Moreover, Recycling laws could give recycling factories and plastic manufactures more benefits in reducing expenditure, taxes and increase their income. Laws have a significant power in directly support the financial category of factories, which leads to the change of manufactures’ recycling efficiency. Overall, Laws required for recycling process may provide tremendous raise in the efforts of recycle.

On the other hand, Laws may have several dramatical risks to the attitude in practising recycle process. Laws is the prime vehicle to strict individuals follow the rules respectively. Hence, law may prone to be restricted by individuals if they feel annoyed and inconvenient. This phenomenon could cause to dramatic environmental problems if the amount of personal restriction surpass the limit point. Furthermore, a lack of responsibilities and control with recycling factories may lead to significant environmental impacts if accidents happen. A working system may suffered from various problems in working process. If a major problem happened, impact would be enormous. For instance, in Bac Ninh province, Vietnam, bottle recycling factories have burnt plastic and produced a massive amount of toxic emission, which led to the death of many people in the region. In the overview, Laws may be useless if it’s not working properly.

In conclusion, laws may be an effective and necessary tool of the government to support the recycling companies and encourage individuals recycling their residential garbage. However, laws may have several risks that can lead to detrimental issues due to a lack of people’s and manufacturers’ responsibilities.
