A legal requirement might motivate them to follow the instructions of the government. The government can make a collaborative action with locals and residents of the area by using several methods. Initially they can organize competition between dwellers such as the effective recycler or the fastest recycler. The more governments try their best, the more collective approach arises between locals. Secondly, by using incentives and awareness campaigns, governments can help residents to recycle their materials. To illustrate, authorities can shape or prepare a special bin with vibrant colors for every kind of product like bottles separately, for trash. When individuals see these sorts of metal and colorful trash bins in the street, they acknowledge the fact that everyone should throw their waste into these trash bins.
