Nowsaday, each person have many options to choose after they finished their curriculum. Some people decide to start their own business, start-up with any product or build a company. And others want to work for a company or organisation. Each option has diffirent advantages and disadvatages, I will display whether the advantages for people working for their own business outweigh the disdadvantages.
On the one hand, a person who willing start the business, build a company and even attract the investment, that person is really bravery. When becoming a boss, you need experience and take on many tasks for the company, especially when it is newly established. Besides, you also have to recruit, support and manage your all staffs. Although you can get the full profit if your company have revenue, but you have to trade a lot of health and time. According to Quora forum, the succes rate for starting a business is generally considered low, with studies showing that roughly 90 percent of startups fail over time. But if you are successful, you can become a millionare, even billionare and compared to Elon Musk (Tesla founder) or Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook, Meta Verse founder).
On the other hand, I know most of people will choose work for a company or organisation that is a safe path in starting a career. You finished high school or graduated bachelor degree, you can find and get a job on website or social media. The advantages of this option is you just study and work according to certain tasks which assigned by the company or organisation, you will be paid salary, taxes and social insurance by your company also. The disadvantages are you not proactive in working time, even get stuck in a daily loop of working time and living for many years.
In conclusion, with me, the advantages for people working for their own business not outweigh the disadvantages. People who start their own business will be take on many tasks for their company, while the success rate for starting a business is quite low although you are proactive in your daily time.
