When you work for another company, you almost can not control your workplace. If your boss decides to dismiss you, you will not be able to stay anyway. The competition among workers is higher, you have to work hard for a promotion. Having your own business allows you to not think about such things. In this case, your only boss is yourself.
On the other hand, controlling business fully by yourself may also be a difficulty for inexperienced people. Working in a certain organisation is an easier way to earn money, especially at the beginning of your career path. In this case you do not have to concern about some company issues and you can just gain work experience, which will help you in the future. Also, when you create your own business, you can not control the number of your customers. For example, you can make advertisements, try to attract people’s attention to your production, but it does not guarantee stable earnings.
In conclusion, we can name many disadvantages of creating business, but the main thing, which outweighs any problems, is that in this case you are your own boss, and there are not any people higher. Developing your organisation and having a promotion depend only on you.
