It is said that reducing traffic accidents on the road can be achievable by developing new rules according speed limitation. While some people believe it is not only solution to this matter. These both ideas hold some facts and I support former opinion.
On the one hand, the amount of vehicles is increasing and the demand for strict rules is needed as car crash is rising. One of the rules that can assure people safety is speed limitation. Vehicles with high speed may have some issues with breaking in winter or spring as rain or snow can cause malfunction in the process of breaking. For example, in Japan people begin to slow down in special roads for not having accidents in area as a result car crash decrease three times in a month. For this reason it should be taken seriously by people through the world as it helps not only the decrease of accidents but also it saves lives of people.
On the other hand, Authorities should make strict rules such as fines and confiscate the license who rides illegally to achieve goals. If people begin to think about not to break the rules, the number of auto accidents can be lowered. As an example, Radars and variety of video registers were installed in Uzbekistan in order to decrease the amount of traffic accidents in the road and weeks later strict punishments helped to reduce traffic crashes. Finally, It is not only increases drivers attention on the road but also it helps economically.
In conclusion, By limiting the speed of vehicles can be saved millions of lives but with having strict rules can increase attention of drivers and both of them are useful to people.
