It is generally accepted, that change is often presented as progress. Changes for change’s sake may help individual to create a different world, which will be better that before. However, there are also a group of people, who strongly choose stability and instead of shifts, prefer go with the flow.
On the one hand, it is true that changes can make our life better, as it has a power to create something, that will never happen without modification. Of course, in many aspects of our life, changes can turn into risks, since we do not know if they would be beneficial and successful, but without them a person cannot grown in personal and professional way, since updates play an essential role in our lives. For instance, staying in one job, which is not very enjoyable for an individual due to many reasons, such as bosses and colleagues and it is a perfect time to make a big change, which has a power to improve a whole life! Additionally, people who welcome alternations have a creativity and they think out of the box, as they are live very dynamic life.
On the other hand, no one can promise, that change, a person has done, will be successful. It can fully ruin a life, while stability often provides a sense of security. For example, taking the same argument, staying on the one job can give a career growth and mental stability, as it reduces stress.
In my opinion, I would choose changing, since I welcome new challenges that develop my abilities and extend my expertise.
Ultimately, a person should take into consideration relevant past experiences, current priorities and future objectives and choose something, which will improve their life.
