Some individuals claim to be more inclined to have temporary jobs throughout their lives. By proceeding with their choice, they are able to work only for a small amount of time and still have the chance to spend their spare time doing what they desire. Personally, I partly disagree with this appointment and see that this situation is not a wise development for society.
Nowadays, due to the development of technology and the lifestyles are getting modernized, some people have their opportunity to access various attractive information that is relevant to their wishes. As a result, this inspired people to live up to their dreams and gave them the motivation to work only for their satisfaction. However, by doing such things, it leads to the insufficiency of the long-term human resources spread in almost all companies and becomes a huge threat to their stability in the future. One noticeable threat that many firms are concerned about is the future financial strain caused by the lack of experienced workers who are able to manage difficulties and controversial that occur. Furthermore, short-term worker are barely able to have a stable financial background due to working for a few months in a year, only providing them with a small income, which might not be enough for their daily life, and some unforeseen events may happen.
On the other hand, by expending their income on different services, activities, and goods, those types of people partly contributed to increasing the total proportion of the demands and supplies in the economy.
In conclusion, since working for parts of a year might give people time and effort to live as they want, and have a significant role in the economy. However, freeing yourself just to satisfy your own wishes leads to various consequences for not only your own burden but also the whole company’s financial system.
