Individuals hold different perspectives about whether spending their time on earth doing the similar things and not accepting change is a right way of living, or change is always a good idea. From my perspective, while making a difference in lifestyle may have a positive impact, it may not be suitable for everyone.
On one hand, it is argued that one should be engaged in the same activities. Proponents of this view claim that having to do identical tasks everyday would help people to create a routine and stick to it. Individuals may find it easier to manage their time and prioritize their well-being. In addition, it is also believed that it may let them master their skills by alleviating the stress caused by chaotic schedules. Most people function under a lot of pressure because of various kinds of daily tasks. Spending their lives just doing the same things would let them enhance their competencies on this particular area since they are used to it.
On the other hand, I believe that living the same life by avoiding any difference would have some drawbacks. Above all, it is true that it is the cornerstone of a boring life without any adventure in it. Because one may get tired of experiencing the same day everyday as humans are not designed for this kind of robotic lifestyle. Another notable factor is that it may lead to health complications such as depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and burnout. Individuals who tend to control every aspect of their life by creating obsession about their daily programme get frequently abandoned by their friends as they do not want to ruin their plans just to hang out. In its own turn, these people start experiencing mental health problems.
In conclusion, although it is claimed by some that doing the same things helps people to create routine and alleviates stress, my perspective aligns with those who support that it may lead to a boring life and take a toll on the health of individuals.
