There is a view that it is crucial to plant trees in the open spaces and cities than to build more housing. I fully agree with this notion for several reasons.
One reason behind building houses in the cities to supply more accommodation to the inhabitants of the cities. As population grows in the cities, the demand for affordable housing rises. If government plants trees over residential construction, many people struggle to find comfortable accommodation. With such kind of obstacles, they tend to choose houses from another regions. For instance Hong Kong on of the industrialized city of China, in there more accommodations will built year by year, cause of workers need suitable residence.
Additionally, providing trees in the outer spaces of the city can improve air quality. In many cities air pollution is being the main problem, a lot of health issues coming out from this sort of environmental change. A case in point is Tashkent, in 2025 Tashkent experienced the lowest rate of air quality. After that many of residents in the capital suffered from many health issues such as cough, dizziness, and etc. The government produced new penalties which works whoever cut trees in Tashkent.
Lastly, planting more trees in the open spaces of the city can enhance people’s mental and physical well-being. If in cities have good air quality people’s mental welfare improves day by day. If the inhabitants will be healthy and smart this city’s next generation will be smart. Take Japan for example the environment is soft and there is no any problems with ecosystem. With this their football players strong and smart enough.
In conclusion, I completely agree that in the outer spaces of city should plant trees rather than housing, since such a measure protect public health and beneficial to the ecosystem.
