Some individuals acknowledge that there are no major reasons to visit a movie theatre if we can see films on our smartphones and tablets at our own convenience while sitting at home, while others consider that to get an overall experience of a movie, it must be viewed in a cinema. While the significant advancements in technology and gadgets made it possible to enjoy the movie in our own place, saving time on travel. However, I believe that no smartphone or tablet can provide the experience that we can get in the cinema.
On the one hand, In recent times many people have opted for smartphones and tablets to view movies due to drastic progress in the internet speed and distinct options of content available to watch. Moreover, those who choose to watch movies on their phones and tablets can have access to video content at any time and anywhere. In addition, many film directors are making video content specifically for mobiles and tablets. Therefore, watching videos on hand gadgets is increasing due to the diverse options of movies and the availability of specific films. For example, most individuals opt to use phones to watch films due to the easy accessibility of various media content at any time.
On the other hand, some people still believe that cinema is one of the best ways to get a complete experience of a movie. Furthermore, theatres are well-equipped with superior quality speakers and provide the right ambience which makes it suitable to watch movies for families and social gatherings. Additionally, many multiplexes offer 4D options that have moving seats to make viewers feel like they are part of the scene. Therefore, the visual perception multiplex provides is irreplaceable. For instance, one of my friends went to Multiplex with this friend to watch a film as a way to celebrate his birthday and said it would not be possible if he opted to view it on the phone.
In conclusion, although newly advanced gadgets offer a handy watching experience and diverse content options. However, to attain an entire viewing experience, no handy gadgets are any closer to film cinema.
