Success is a multifaceted concept, and people have different opinions about what leads to it. While some argue that hard work is the primary driver, others believe that talent is also essential. From my perspective, Success can be achieved by working hard, but simply having talent will not be enough to achieve success.
On the one hand, talents what individuals are born with provide them with an initial advantage. For example, some people may have a natural ability to learn languages well. They remember new words or understand how to use a grammar structure faster and better than a person who is not talented in it. However, talent alone will not be enough. If people do not practice their talent regularly, it can not be developed, even completely disappeared.
However, hard work plays an important role in making continious progress and contributing to people’s achievement. Those who believe in the power of hard work argue that putting in consistent effort over time help them reach their goals. For example, someone who practices a skill every day will likely improve, regardless of their starting point. Over time, this continuous effort accumulates, leading to significant progress and, eventually, success.
In conclusion, success is a combination of personal effort and natural ability. Additionally, there are many factors affecting to people’s success such as luck, social background, environment and other resources. Therefore, the path of success of each person is different, and they have to self-discovered it. But in my opinion, hard work is the foundation of success.
