The debate over where schools should invest for the betterment of students experience while studying in their class is a contentious issue. Some believe that they should invest on hiring good educators. However other emphasize buying better equipment is better. This essay will discuss both perspective and argue that investing on both is useful for students.
The primary benefit of having good educators is that they can help boost the academic performance of a school. This is because, a good educator is always mindful of their students and realize not every student is the same. Some learn early whereas some takes time. So, a good teacher always finds innovative ways to make their class more interactive and enjoyable. Consequently, since students enjoy their experience, they put on more efforts and do well in their exams. Additionally, a good teacher can always inspire and motivate their students to become more active and conscious about their studies, helping them to boost their confidence level.
On the other hand, there are also several benefits of having better equipment’s in classrooms. Firstly, a teacher can make their classroom more appealing for students. Devices, for example, a projector can be used to visualize what a teacher is trying to explain in their class. This helps students to clearly understand the topics and how some certain concepts works. Secondly, teachers can easily teach a large classroom using modern equipment’s. Due to the growing population around the globe, classroom have been expanded to accommodate the students. So, tools, such as speakers and microphones are quite handy for teachers to conduct their class properly and for the convenience of students.
In conclusion, while better educators can help students to achieve academic excellence, they cannot do that without the help of modern equipment’s. Therefore, in my view, investing on both is important for the wellbeing of students.
