Some individuals claim globalization to be beneficial, whereas others declare that it has negative impacts on the culture of that environment. While some people find globalization a detrimental change, I side with those who consider it to be crucial in any realm of today’s world, according to the causes that I outline below.
From the outset, the masses may believe that globalization has more downsides than its upsides for a few specific reasons. As technologies develop, they could damage the environment by reducing the levels of oxygen, and large industries may release mass amounts of toxic gases and litter. Furthermore, they might think that the more artificial intelligence is cultivated, the more it leads to job loss for people. Scientists claim that AI might do the majority of human jobs in the near future, which may bother individuals.
Conversely, people can benefit from globalization in many ways, such as by getting a better chance to study and succeed in their fields. One point worth mentioning is that they can trade their goods in the international world because of globalization. Moreover, studying will be much more straightforward thanks to the huge amount of methods and materials. Besides, it is worth considering that we can tackle and overcome both technical and educational issues, which results in productivity. For instance, Tashkent was a better place to host compared to Almaty in 2000, but the government did not focus on globalization as the management of Almaty carried out. Thus, Almaty became a contemporary city that could compete against cities in Europe, while Tashkent remained almost the same.
To conclude, whereas some people argue against its advantages, globalization is something that everyone should approach, as it is one of the most essential factors to the development of the country, as clarified above.
