The debate surrounding the necessity of competition among children has garnered considerable attention globally, with opinions sharply divided. Encouragement of a sense of competition is perceived as significant problem for some societies. I strongly disagree with this point of view. This essay discusses positive sides of cooperation instead of competition and gives proofs that they significantly outweigh the drawbacks.

Specifically , stimulating competitiveness in children vitalizes battling atmosphere. As a rule, living within competitive landscape motivates to deploy various inventions to maintain leadership at the area. Nevertheless, sometimes upbringing rivalry in offsprings could cause mental disorders. Any destructive behaviour results in the lack of opportunity to find a partner due to emotional instability. As an evidence, several years ago American scientists presented a survey proving that only 4 out of 10 people could find a reliable lover while working in compete conditions. Therefore, such pressing and exhausting environment do not encourage people to be involved into any private affairs.

On the contrary, collaboration facilitates the variety of communicative skills enhancing. Sociable kids realize the value of teamwork. These crucial characteristics foster conflicts settlement and loyal relations building. Moreover , there is a tendency on responsibility. Partnership entitles to take varied challenges: to be ready to substitute a colleague, to take more responsibilities, to make more efforts is required. For instance , a recently commissioned report in the United Kingdom mentioned that young generation who is taught to cooperate , commonly gets extremely open-minded. This feature provides them to become a highly-qualified team-worker in any fields.

All thing concerned, I firmly believe that cooperation provides an essential basis for personality development and growth. In addition , there is a much more chances to be promoted in numerous occupational areas. Recent researches and questionaries show that people able to work as a significant part of a team are more crucially successful at work and in life as a whole
