Majority of the individuals opine that it is extremely good to have competition at school or work. Others opine that cooperation plays a crucial role as compared to competition. This phenomenon has both positive and negative impacts which i would discuss in the further essay.

To commence with the issue of this trend, First and Foremost reason is that. By creating the competition among them, it will be easily for the blooming buds to achieve their goals in the future. All the teenagers do not need to struggle in the upcoming future to accomplish any objective. A good illustration is that a survey conducted by WHO of Japan in 2016 which revealed that most of the kids in Japan are highly successful in their career because they confront the competition in the schools so children of primary institute are highly knowledgeable as compared to private school kids in 2016.they are following professional jobs .the knowledge of kids will be increased because competition among them create the winning emotions . They will think that by becoming the winner of the class, they will be eligible to become the leader of class. Thirdly, the blooming buds inculcate values of benefits of competition. They will learn anything cannot be achieved easily. They have to do something in their life to achieve anything.

To furthermore, cooperation inculcates them teamwork. they learn to do adjust in the working environment. Which will help them in the future when they start working with the colleagues. They can solve the problem by creating different imagination because majority of the individuals have different opinion regarding the topic. To elaborate it, it increases the creativity among them. An article was conducted by famous newspaper which illustrate that in 2016, several children are highly creative because they used the different ideas with the help of teamwork because they are able to win the competition with the help of team. If they will create the competition among them then they will not learn about the teamwork so they will start becoming the enemy to each other.

In conclusion, although competition and cooperation are good for them, but it seems to me that cooperation plays an important role by learn to do work into team. They become more creative, but competition teach them anything can be achieve in the future.
