Nowadays, advancemnet in technology and industrial development causes economic growth and the majaority of people have this opportunity to find better jobs with high salaries and wages. In comparison, economic development causes global warming and climate change issues. In my oppinion we should continue to economic growth because it is the best way to reduction of poverty but we can find solutions to reduce detrimental effects.
On the one hand, it is inevitable countries and governments should try to develop their industries and infrasttructures, because, they have to provide welfare and better economic conditions for their citizens to reducing poverty. For example, we face more and more manfactures and industrial zones emerging. As a result, the amount of carbon emissions sharply increase. In addition, today, with the improvemnet in people’s economic conditions, the rate of consumption gradually increase. For instance, people tend to buy more things than the past and they want to be updated and use latest and newest technologies and devices, such as, smart phones, laoptops and cars, while they do not care about detrimental consequences of this behavior.
On the other hand, by the population growth, societies should be develop in all aspects, such as, economic, health, culture and education. It is inevitable that the conomic development is the best soulution to reducing poverty. Moreover, Individuals and governments both are resplosible to find environmentally ways which are effective and at the same time can protect our planet. For example, people can use public transportation systems, in adition to that, governments can give various grants to encourage people using green energies in their homes.
In conclusion, economic growth is a must and a need for human beings to have a better life style. Despite of consequences of economic development, human beings should find innovative and creative ways to reducing detrimental effects.
