People have different views on whether the poverty is resolved only by economic development or whether this development can damage out nature. Both of these schools of though could be true in their own right, but I agree with the latter opinion.
On the one hand, through economical development it could be possible to help people who live under the poverty line. That is to say, if some kinds of factories are build in certain poor countries, there would be created workplaces for local people, and they may find money to their daily expenses. Taking certain countries in Africa into account, there have been build a number of factories and local people are provided with occupation. This suggests that introducing manufacturing will help some countries to escape from their current position.
On the other hand, this trend will rise environmental problems as well. In simpler terms, as factories emiss a large amounts of poisonous gas called carbon dioxide, although they can enhance financial system, it could induce and increase one of the greatest problem-air pollution. If this problem is increasingly developed, people breath poisonous gases and could damage their lungs due to the harmful substances in them. In the United States, for example, while this country is significantly developed in economy, the air is desperately contaminated and people breath these harmful gases.
In conclusion, some think that economic development could help some countries to escape from poverty, while others consider that is can induce environmental dilemmas. While this trend might resolve it, I believe that some environmental issues may be exacerbated and bring more serious headaches.
