It is argued by many people that the government should provide financial support firstly on public services over of arts that initially directed to entertainment, like painting and music. I strongly agree that public services should be priotorized but I believe it can be done without harming the other services.
On the one hand, public services is fundamental for country. As it affects on quality of life, its population. It means services that provide healthcare and education also the engineering and polices department should provided full access to its developments. For instance, healthcare system has colossal influence for every aspect of country’s economy and development. Health people mean healthy workforce.
On the second hand, entertainment and cultural development is also important for people and growth of economy by supporting artists and painters. Throw all history we can see how much is entertainment values for world. Musicians and painters that are succeed and being famous all over the world, their art affected on countries economical condition by attracting numerous people to the city where they live and the country where they come from. However, I think despite all the benefits that comes from art, I think it cannot come first over the publication services that provide health, safety and education. Additionally, I think the best way of dealing that it is not choosing over one from another.
In conclusion, I believe that the public services is first importance but also think that art is crucial part of society. Finance should provided by the need of the population.
