One of the primary needs of people is housing; for that reason, some people believe that governments should supply vulnerable communities with free housing. This solution could bring many benefits for economic development and increase the proportion of a happy and healthy population. Personally, I completely agree that governments should provide financial aid for certain people groups.
Due to fast-changing world standards and inequality in the work field between wealthy people and people of lower status, it has become nearly impossible for the latter to afford housing. Therefore, to reduce this tendency, governments should offer help to people in need by providing them with housing. This change will bring people a sense of security but also reduce a certain share of ill individuals because of a lack of stress. Apparently, it will increase the percentage of mentally healthy and happy people.
On the other hand, governments would get significant advantages from supplying housing for people who can’t afford to purchase it. For instance, people’s trust in officials will strengthen due to offered financial aid and encourage them to work more productively for governments. Moreover, it could possibly affect the number of the population and increase it thanks to providing stable houses. Stability that comes with a roof over people’s heads will boost a country’s economy and the size of the population.
Additionally, I firmly agree that housing provided by governments will benefit both sides and satisfy them. People who cannot afford to buy a house will feel relieved and secure, while governments will gain public trust and other advantages such as economic and population development.
