The topic of climate’s rapid changing being discussed all over the world. Some people consider that beside of/vise averting it we should to cope and rather adapt with it. I am personally certain that it is not the right thing to do and I will give my reasons below.
First and foremost, with current weather prediction technologies it might be complicated since it is not fully developed at this moment and people still can not forecast nature due its unpredictable essence. Thus why we should not depend on them and try find new ways to overcome the whole situation. Consider, city planners. Even though, transferring whole city further to the firm-land owing to constant rising levels of sea. Eventually, regardless of that, whole city can have detrimental consequences due to the shortage of water and low precipitation caused by unpredicted and sudden change in cloud formation. From this example we can see how modern technologies can not be used as the long-term measure since our knowledge is not fully developed in this field yet.
Secondly, it is considered to be the most effective strategy in this case I am convinced that it is not the right course to choose/rely on. Moreover, primarily due to the fact that by coping/living with it we concentrate on the aftermath however leave without accountability/ it is tend to shrug off the root of the problem/issue. For instance, to stave off the issue would be discovering new energy source that we can rely on in order to reduce carbon emissions from all sectors: transportation, agriculture, electricity and industry.
In conclusion, I am firmly against to the idea of adapting to it and left to chance/go with the flow it will cause more obstacles in the long term instead of that it might be more practical to prevent considering the future ramification.
