Its argued that it will be better it all stuff wear uniform at work. I completely agree with this view for some reasons.
Every job has it’s own rules. In many occupations people have to wear uniforms. Firstly, wearing attires helps employees to be equal in their job. Equality in workers leads company to success. So worker’s salary is given according to their skills, not due to their wealth or repetition. In some companies poor people cannot make good payment or reputation, Although their skills is much better than others. Due to their financial condition rich people’s reputation is great among all company. Some of them cannot even work. Wearing same uniform equality between workers will be beneficial for campaigns. For example, in GM company its chairman did not mind to uniform. In the GM there wasn’t equality among stuff company was about to fail. But recently previous boss changed. New chairman is not like previous one. Ha has his own rules, such as wearing same uniform. And compaign began making profit. It means wearing uniform bring benefits to GM.
If people wear same uniform in their job their reputation will be good among inhabitants. In people’s view they very disciplined. That’s why all futboll teams players wear similar uniform. So campaigns have it’s own attire such as, suits for businessmen. Wearing uniform is not necessary only in works schools need equality too. So students should wear uniform, although it is not comfortable.
In conclusion, wearing uniforms in works can bring benefits like equality between workers and good reputation among inhabitants. Due to these reasons I agree with this view.
