There are several different languages in the world. Having an international language has sparked debate today. Wile some people thinks it is crucial, others argue that it will make it hard to identify countries and cultures will be destroyed. I will elaborate on in detail about these opinions and will mention my view below.
To embark on, on the one hand, some individuals think if they have a common language in the world, the recognizing of countries will be hard. In addition, they believe that their cultures and ancient heritage will loss. Local people are dogmatic and they save old cultures and mimic their ancient ancestors. They resist against changes and they prefer to maintain their local cultures and languages. For example, the folklore crowds in Afghanistan, are very fanatic and they fallow their rituals and they prevent their people from changing patterns. Besides, they believe that in this way, countries will be recognizable in the world.
On the other hand, having an international official language is important and we are able to connect other countries. In this way, we can know about other cultures and are able to use other knowledges and experiences. Additionally, various countries can solve the universal matters and support themselves against common problems. Moreover, people can travel to other places and are able to connect foreign people. Finally, the international relationships will improve and the economic situation will be better. For instance, if we learn English language, we can travel to Europe and we can expand our relationships and we are able to promote our placement in the world. I am in favor of this view and support it.
In conclusion, there are two different views about having an international language. While some people are disagree with this matter, another believe it is significant and I agree with this.
