There is an ongoing debate about whether job satisfaction is more valuable aspect than salary or high wage is important for financial freedom and good quality life. Some believe that people should choose the major which they like and salary size doesn’t matter, while others argue that high salary is the most important factor to choose a job. In my opinion, both job satisfaction and a high salary are important equally. This essay will discuss perspectives and present my opinion.
Supporters of job satisfaction importance believe that people can’t do the work which they don’t like for a long time, what if they love the work which they do, they will achieve the success in their career. One reason why people hold this view is that many people are able to do many types of work, but their feelings is important for them, so they can’t reach success in those types of works which they don’t like. For example the recent study by Psychology University of Chine showed that the people who like their jobs are able to achieve a significant level up in their career. Therefore, many people believe that job satisfaction is essential.
On the other hand, proponents of financial freedom view argue that jab satisfaction doesn’t matter and salary which is only matters. A high salary allows to live in good quality life, for instance through natural and healthy diet, acceptance of good service and quality medicine. Moreover, recent studies presented that people who have significant salary, evaluate their life as a very good life, because they feel freedom. Thus, i think a size of wage is important too.
In conclusion, i think that, they both job satisfaction and a wage are important too successful and stable life, which is full of happiness and kindness.
