A considerable amount of individual believe that youngster are wasting their time to build a planning for future they think youngster need to be focus on their present time so it beneficial for them. I completely disagree with this statement because without any planning you cannot focus on your present goal or growth.
Firstly, having a clear plan of the future is helpful for individual to set goal and establish a direction of their growth. having a plan you can set a personal milestone for your career and you can measure the progress and that help to some people motivated. For example, a collage student make a plan for their career achievement, he participating in extracurricular programs to achieving that goal, learning new skills and studying hard for their long term aspirations.
On the other hand, planning for the future can provide a safety during uncertain time. Sometime life become unpredictable and challenging at any movement. Those who have already prepared they can survive. like saving money for emergencies or investing in education are help in difficult situations. For example, some people with a financial plan are more economically strong compare as other who don’t plan and struggling that time.
