Some individuals suggested that libraries are no longer essential, as nowadays every piece of information could be found on the internet. To be fair, I strongly agree with this idea. First of all, searching for data online saves a huge amount of time, as well as online network provide plenty sources of information.

To begin with, people are now significantly importatnt in term of time; therefor internet has become highly necessery due to its convinience and efficiency. Instead of going to the library and searching for books that content specific informations, we just looking it up on online program such as Google in just a few seconds. For example, when I need to translate a word to a different language, rather than go all the way to the library to find a dictionary and look up for those word, I only need few steps online to translate with a wide range of results.

Secondly, the storage of information in online sources is much greater compared to books. While books require several steps from scripting to writing and so on until final publishing, this comsume a lot of time, in opposition online materials only take a short time to complete and posted online. In addition, books are not always updated constantly to all the news which is an advantage of online articles as author can easily adjust those informations. This is the reason why online sources contain a huge number of data as they can be changed base on the latest event. For instance, some comic books that already released online but if we want to read the excact same book in the library, we might have to wait for at least few more days.

In conclution, visiting public libraries for reading has fallen out or popularity and has been largely replaced by online books. The reason for this alternative is that finding books in the library for some informations is too time-consuming when it can be done in seconds online. Furthermore, the amount of data on the internet is immense and always up-to-date due to highly customization ability. And after all, be selective about sources of books or marterials that have been vetted.
