MANY PEOPLE ARGUE THAT ON WEDDING CEREMONIES AND OTHER CELEBRATIONS SPENDING LARGE SUMS IS JUST A WASTE WHILST OTHERS CLAIM THAT SPENDING MONEY ON THEM IS ACCEPTABLE AS SUCH EVENTS ARE NECESSARY. THIS ESSAY AGREES THAT THESE EVENTS ARE COMPULSORY, SO SPENDING MONEY ON THEM IS ACCEPTABLE.

A NUMBER OF PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT SPENDING LOTS OF MONEY ON WEDDING CEREMONIES AND OTHER CELEBRATIONS IS JUST A WASTE AS THEY LOSE A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY ON THIS. MAINLY THEY THINK THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN BE UTILIZED BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MAY HAVE MORE POSITIVE ASPECTS. DESPITE THIS, FUNCTIONS SUCH AS WEDDING PARTIES MAKE PEOPLE CLOSE TO EACH OTHER AND MAINTAIN SOCIALITY IN THE SOCIETY. A GOOD ILLUSTRATION OF THIS IS AT A WEDDING PEOPLE INVITE ALL OF THEIR RELATIVES AND PEOPLE IN SOCIETY TO SPREAD THEIR HAPPINESS. CONSEQUENTLY, THE BOND AMONG THEM GETS STRONGER.

ON THE CONTRARY, OTHERS DISAGREE AND FEEL THAT SPENDING LARGE SUMS OF MONEY ON THEM IS FINE AS SUCH EVENTS ARE NECESSARY AND DO NOT HAPPEN REGULARLY. AFTER MARRIAGE COUPLES START THEIR NEW LIFE, CONSEQUENTLY, THEY WANT TO START IT WITH AN OCCATION. SO THEY LOVE TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS PARTICULAR EVENT AND INVOLVE THEIR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO ENJOY THE EVENT TOGETHER. IT IS THEREFORE AGREED THAT SUCH EVENTS ARE WORTHWHILE FOR GENERAL PEOPLE. FOR INSTANCE, THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD HAVE MARRIED ONCE IN THEIR WHOLE LIFE AND AFTER MARRIAGE THEY KEEP THE MEMORY WITH THEM ALL OF LIFE LONG.

TO CONCLUDE, ALTHOUGH IT IS TRUE THAT SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY ON WEDDINGS CAUSES WASTE SOMETIMES, THESE PARTY PLAYS A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN SOCIETY AND INDIVIDUALS’ PERSONAL LIFE. I BELIEVE SPENDING MONEY ON THEM IS NOT A WASTE AS THESE EVENTS ARE NECESSARY.
